All of my Wedding Cakes, Layer Cakes,
Cupcakes and Custom Cookie Favors are baked to order from scratch using only
the freshest, finest quality ingredients in my licensed home kitchen in
beautiful Appleton, Maine. All of my rich, buttery cakes, cookies and
buttercream flavors are made in small batches, one at a time, just for you!
I never use a box mix!
My Wedding Cakes, Layer Cakes and Custom
Cookie Favors are made fresh with Land O Lakes Butter, Domino Sugar, Pure
Nielsen-Massey Vanilla, Gold Medal or King Arthur Flour, Premium Ghirardelli
Chocolates, Wild Maine Blueberries from Midcoast Maine, Fresh Georgia Pecans,
Walnuts & Almonds, Fresh Lemons, Fresh Penzey’s Spices, Oakhurst Sour Cream
and Heavy Cream and Local Farm-Fresh Eggs.

The prices are for 4", 6”, 8”, 10”, 12”,
14" and 16” round and square cakes and are configured according to the number
of servings you will need….see the cake cutting guides below for servings for
round and square cakes.

A word about this 3-D Chocolate Cake...for
years I have experimented with my recipes to create the perfect chocolate cake
- one that makes me happy! Version 7/2007 is perfection on a plate! The cake
is firm enough to slice beautifully on your dessert plate but sweet, soft and
chocolaty moist enough to know you are eating a truly delicious homemade, made
from scratch, dense, dark and delicious chocolate cake...really yummy with
Pure Vanilla Buttercream too!!
